The sales team actively needs to hire a technically driven Territory Sales / Project Management professional in the Bay Area, California market.


THE JOB:

In this role, you will grow and maintain business relationships across the Bay Area, California.


The highly consultative sale targets mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners. Your remote and field work will focus on securing new projects in your territory while seeing each project's completion to fruition. On any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or on a job site surveying a commercial project with developers. This involves collaborating with other inside sales, engineering, and other support team members to meet customer requirements.


A couple of times a week you will also be able to entertain customers through happy hours, lunches/dinners, sporting events, etc.


You will be given plenty of training and resources to drive success in this position. The right person for this role will have territory sales experience within industrial manufacturing and/or construction.


THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-10 years of B2B industrial territory sales experience
  • Ideally have experience working for a manufacturer or construction firm
  • Enjoys socializing and networking with customers
  • Project management experience is a plus!
  • Must reside in the South Bay Area, California, able to travel throughout the Bay Area to visit customers
