Job Opening Description
At interworks.cloud, we are looking for our next Senior Front End Engineer to join our R&D team. You are the person who is passionate about blending design and functionality and gets motivated doing so with TypeScript, JavaScript, and VueJS.
As a key member of our R&D team, you'll be at the forefront of re-writing our application, contributing to the ongoing refactoring efforts, and developing new features for the new version of the BSS (Business Support System) of interworks.cloud B2B cloud commerce platform. The team follows scrum with 3-week sprints.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an R&D-driven environment where experimentation and innovation are part of the daily routine. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions, ensuring our codebase is robust, scalable, and maintainable. The journey of our SaaS product is full of fascinating stuff to implement.

Your role & responsibilities
- Work on the R&D development of our new BSS (Business Support System) front-end.
- Be actively involved in all product stages, from heavily researching what and how to implement business requirements to developing and deploying them.
- Create robust and easy-to-maintain UI components using Vue 3 and TypeScript while utilizing Storybook for development and documentation.
- Contribute to architectural and software design decisions.
- Refactor existing codebases and develop new features from scratch.
- Code with testing always in mind (we use Jest and Vitest).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product Design, QA, Cyber Security, etc.
- Contribute to our technical documentation and specifications.
- Support the back-end team with the project’s RESTful APIs, built with C#.
Our ideal candidate
- Work experience (~ 4-5 years) in front-end development using one of the leading web frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Competence and desire to work in a test-driven environment.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of RESTful API best practices and the desire to get your hands on C# code.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Bonus points 😉
- Experience with JavaScript bundlers like Rollup, webpack, etc. (we use Rollup).
- Experience with implementing security features like CORS.
- Understanding of docker-based applications.
