Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-disciplinary Project Manager to join our team supporting Microsoft. The successful candidate will support a Sales Director at Microsoft by driving cross-team collaboration, managing communications, and overseeing project deadlines and deliverables. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Oversee project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Microsoft work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong ability to drive cross-team collaboration and manage communications.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with solution skilling and sales skilling strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
