Role Description

We are looking for a Sr. Storyteller to join our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting compelling narratives that captivate our potential and existing clients, helping convert sales opportunities into deals. You will work collaboratively with salespeople, focusing on the content and storytelling aspect of proposals, company and segmented decks, success stories, case studies, etc., while partnering with a Visual Designer to ensure a cohesive and visually engaging final sales enablement asset.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and structure the storyline for proposals, pitches, success stories, case studies, to help sales teams effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
• Translate complex ideas and technical details into clear, persuasive narratives tailored to potential and current clients.
• Act as a consultant to sales, providing guidance on how to best present services and communicate value.
• Work alongside sales teams to gather information on technical and economic aspects, then craft presentations that align with business objectives and client needs.
• Assist in creating and updating other sales assets, such as segmented decks for studios, practices, specialized industries, etc.
• Edit and proofread presentation materials to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in storytelling, proposal writing, or sales enablement (preferably in the IT or Digital Products sector).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially sales and design professionals.
• A passion for persuasive writing and visual storytelling.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
