The opportunity
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within our centralized marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be responsible for defining and executing integrated lead acquisition, demand generation, and account-based marketing programs to help TechnologyAdvice reach, engage, and convert a global audience of B2B marketing professionals and leaders.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop new marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies, build out an impactful account-based marketing (ABM) program, and partner closely with the broader marketing and sales teams to deliver go-to-market programs that drive real revenue results.
You’ll also have the unique opportunity to present thought leadership content, participate in podcasts and videos, and build your personal brand within the B2B Marketing community as a trusted authority on lead generation and ABM strategies.

What you'll do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to identify, educate, and qualify new leads within our target markets and Ideal Customer Profiles
- Manage a wide range of lead acquisition, field marketing, and demand generation programs including events, webinars, paid media, influencer partnerships, content activations, ABM campaigns, and more
- Create segment-specific and region-specific marketing strategies to build awareness and generate demand within various market segments
- Partner closely with the broader Sales and Marketing teams to build and launch high-impact Account-Based Marketing programs
- Work closely with the Sales Development Rep (SDR) team to optimize lead follow-ups and downstream pipeline development
- Manage an annual budget of $1M+ and partner with the Revenue Operations team to track and report on marketing-sourced leads and pipeline, as well as campaign-based ROI
- Grow the demand generation program and team as we see positive results and the opportunity to scale
- Participate in TechnologyAdvice’s new “Marketing Insiders” thought leadership program to build a highly engaged audience of B2B marketing and demand gen professionals via incredible videos, podcasts, reports, memes, social media content, and more - a great opportunity to build your personal brand in the marketing community
- Some travel within North America is expected for this role to support trade shows, events, and field marketing activities
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with 3+ years in Lead Generation, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar roles
- Expertise in lead acquisition, nurturing, campaign management, paid media optimization, and marketing automation (we’re a HubSpot shop)
- Proven ability to grow Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline revenue quarter over quarter
- Ability and willingness to execute tasks, build out landing pages, set up marketing automation, and manage daily campaigns effectively
- Strong understanding of buyer behavior and segmentation, with the ability to develop creative, impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse target audiences
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Agile self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
