Job description

Bolt is on a mission to democratize commerce. We relentlessly prioritize our retailers—putting their brands front and center while enabling frictionless shopping at any touchpoint in the customer journey. At the center of it all is our rapidly growing universal shopper network—Bolt merchants such as Deckers, Saks OFF 5TH, Revolve, and Casper can access tens of millions of shoppers, offering them a best-in-class checkout.

And revolutionizing ecommerce is only half of the equation—we’re also transforming the way we work. At Bolt, we have created a work environment where people learn to drive impact, take risks and make big bets, and grow from feedback, all while feeling welcomed and accepted for who they are. Come join us on the adventure today!

As the Sr. Manager of iPaaS Product Development, you'll be the driving force behind our data pipelining efforts. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, ensuring our product plans align with customer needs and our technology enables them to achieve their goals with the Bolt ecosystem.  This role is a unique blend of strategy, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape the Future: Lead the vision and strategy for Bolt's iPaaS platform, defining the long-term product roadmap.

Optimize the Onboarding Experience:

  • Own the customer onboarding journey from start to finish, identifying and addressing pain points to increase activation and conversion.
  • Continuously iterate on the onboarding process, treating it as a product in itself.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance the onboarding experience.

Collaborate and Deliver:

  • Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set objectives, manage the product pipeline, and bring new features to market.
  • Work closely with UX design to create a customer-centric product experience.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success and drive optimization.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Product Leader: You have 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful software products or SaaS solutions.
  • Technically Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of system architecture, data integration, and iPaaS concepts. You may have a background in software engineering or data analysis and have transitioned into product management.
  • Customer-Focused: You're passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Data-Driven: You use data to inform your decisions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in a cross-functional environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management with some leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience building integrations with iPaaS products and endpoint connectors
  • Strong technical acumen with a history of building/delivering enterprise software
  • Managed research, evaluation, execution, and introduction of microservice opportunities, frameworks, application-to-application integration improvements, etc.
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and/or Toolkits
  • Participated and/or worked on hackathons and bootstrapping developer products
  • Experience in eCommerce, cart platforms, payment gateways, etc., a big plus
  • A blend of a big company and software startup experience is preferred

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental and vision
  • Remote-first workplace
  • Time away: Flexible PTO, paid holidays + floating holidays, your birthday off!
  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive Pay
  • Retirement plans
