Feeling stagnated in your current role? You won’t at NexusTek - no two days are alike in the MSP world! This is a fast-paced partner-centered position, responsible for delivering revenue growth through enabling and operationalizing regional and national revenue-generating alliances. The success of this role is determined by three key metrics: new leads generated, partner-influenced revenue, and partnership funding contribution (MDF). This position will cover Named Channel Partners in North America.
Who you are
A self-motivated Partner Manager who enjoys working on current named and prospective Technology Partners to develop strategies to increase sales with those defined Partners. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation.
You know how to:
- Build executive leadership relationships and strategies for aligning NexusTek’s growth strategy around Hybrid Cloud, GenAI, and Cybersecurity within select partnerships
- Create joint partner business plans for organic growth through MDF usage, lead generation activities, account mapping, sales training & enablement; act as liaison to cross-functional internal leaders as necessary to build and execute these strategies
- Establish and sustain relationships with assigned alliance Partners to provide solutions to existing and potential clients and Partner customers resulting in new incremental revenue for both the Company and the Partner.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plan focusing on coordinating and executing alliance initiatives to support the overall mission and goals of the partnership – leads, revenue, MDF.
- Help create partnership value propositions for NexusTek and Partner GTM sales teams.
- Manage day-to-day relations with partners and NexusTek to ensure successful field level teaming, opportunity engagement, and post sales opportunity support of joint solutions sold.
- Implement Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure partnerships are effectively meeting the goals and objectives of the partnership plan, around leads, revenue results, and MDF contribution.
- Partner with the senior leadership and technical services to deliver excellent service
- Exhibit strong presentation, oral and written communication skills a must.
- Consult with technical and business partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to travel within assigned region, working closely with Districts Managers, Sales Representatives, and Technology Partners.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
- The capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
- A thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing strategies, etc.
- Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts.
- 5+ years of experience in technology is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferred.
- Experience with one of the three Cloud providers (Azure, GCP or AWS) a plus.
Pay and Benefits
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.
Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
In additional to the base salary this position offers sales incentives as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions)
The expected OTE for this role is between $105,000.00 to $115,000.00.
