WHAT TO EXPECT:

We're looking for an ASO-focused Growth Manager to join our multidisciplinary marketing team at Phiture. You’ll be responsible for working on the App and Play Store presences of apps with millions of users, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating results to our clients. You’ll be driving forward individual ASO client projects while devising methods and strategies to ensure that future projects are a success. This role integrates seamlessly with the strategic execution of campaigns, ensuring comprehensive client support, optimization, and ongoing innovation within the ASO landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage client accounts, leading ASO projects for diverse apps.
  • Support key ASO clients globally, across multiple markets and languages.
  • Execute campaigns based on strategies by Senior Consultants and Growth Leads.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests for optimal client results.
  • Brief designers and translators on creative experiments and app store asset localization.
  • Conduct check-ins with clients, guiding through methods and ASO thought-process.
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, install rate, and experiment effectiveness.
  • Devise ASO methods and strategies for client success and competitive edge.
  • Continuously develop expertise in ASO and related areas.
  • Produce content and articles for our ASO knowledge base and ASO Stack publication.
  • Stay updated on tools, technologies, and ASO best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • 2+ years experience in mobile marketing with an app publisher, tool agency, or similar
  • At least 1-year experience in ASO
  • A proven track record of being data-driven, and experience analyzing data with Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to discuss results and challenges with the clients
  • Team player attitude, great in giving and receiving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of core mobile marketing methods and terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and driven -  open to participating in a friendly but fast-paced environment

Nice to have: 

  • Apple search ads experience
  • Experience with conversion topics and experimentation is a big plus
