As a Scrum Master in FINEOS, in addition to your team facilitator and guardian of the agile ceremonies and practices responsibilities, you understand the technical aspects of work being performed by the scum team and the inter-dependencies between the technical tasks to deliver the defined user stories against the definition of don
e.
Our Scrum Masters work closely and collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, agile development managers, architects, developers, testers, analysts, business and technical consultants as well as other cross functional team members. Education and/or Experi
- ence BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field with 3+ years of hands-on experience, preferably on Enterprise-scale sys
- tems.2+ years of technical leadership/coordination, preferably as scrum master or equivalent
- role.Line Management Experience including performance appraisals of direct rep
- orts.Experience working in an Agile environ
ment.
