Oracle Cloud EPM Engagement Lead

In this role, you will provide top-level oversight and guidance required to effectively implement and deliver Oracle Cloud EPM solutions to our clients. These solutions involve implementing Oracle Cloud modules such as EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS, and ARCS, among others. Your primary focus will be on the objectives of the program while consistently facilitating open and transparent communication.

• Manage:
• the coordination of partners and working groups engaged in project work;
• project deliverables in line with the statement of work;
• project evaluation and dissemination activities;
• consultancy input within the defined budget.
• Be accountable for the successful delivery of projects leading to new opportunities with existing clients;
• Provide guidance and leadership to our internal project delivery team;
• Function as the primary point of escalation for project issues and challenges;
• Focus on building strong trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership;
• Be present across all engagements and opportunities with individual clients;
• Meet with project managers on a regular basis to ensure the forecast of hours and the continuous management of the budget (actuals and forecast to completion);
• Monitor project progress and performance;
• Lead a cooperative, motivated and successful team focused on a common goal;
• Act as the connective tissue to solve complex challenges when needed;
• Sit on project steering committees and report the status when appropriate;
• Work closely with clients’ program management and key leaders to ensure projects meet business success measures.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM implementations;
• At least 5 years of experience in EPM or sales;
• Ability to communicate and interact with senior- and executive-level management, and influence outcomes;
• Excellent communication skills (writing, verbal and presentation).
