UI/UX Designer

GoTeam is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team! Are you passionate about improving user experience and creating visually stunning designs? Do you have a strong understanding of SEO and eCommerce design? If so, we want you to be part of our team! As a UI/UX Designer at GoTeam, you will work on existing and new web products, conduct user research, and collaborate with our team to produce extraordinary media and branded assets. If you have a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UX design and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, we want to hear from you!

• Salary of up to PHP 80K

Responsibilities

• Improve UX of client's existing website
• Apply consistent design patterns and create new patterns for reuse and consistency throughout website and partner site
• Create visually effective interface designs for existing and new web product
• Work closely with CTO and Chief of Staff to effectively manage workload and timeline
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design
• Partner with creative/marketing counterparts to effectively produce media and branded asset
• Manage all website/plug-in compatibility

Qualifications:

• Prefers to work as an individual contributor
• Strong understanding of SEO
• Proficient in UX design process: relevant research (trends, competitor analysis, best practices); creating personas, use cases, user flows, rapid prototyping, wireframing, visually stunning mockups
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suites
• Strong understanding of ecommerce design
• Strong understanding of online customer behavior, and interaction patterns
• Strong understanding of UI design
• General understanding of front-end code: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, PHP, Python, Objective C, Swift (does not need to be a developer)
• Ability to maintain file organization
• Portfolio of work should include a) completed redesigns of existing sites and/or b) sites built start to finish
