eCommerce Project Specialist

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of an eCommerce Project Specialist, you will be working with our client who sells brand of compression products. The owners are based in Sweden but they currently have accounts in the US, UK, Canada, and they are also available in Europe.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for research, data management, compliance, and ad-hoc projects, using your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results. We value independence, creativity, and a solution-focused mindset. This role is pivotal to our brand's ongoing success, encompassing a variety of project-based tasks essential to our e-commerce operations.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Conduct comprehensive research and provide actionable insights.
• Create, manage, and optimize spreadsheets and databases from the ground up.
• Handle compliance tasks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Execute and manage ad hoc tasks and projects to support brand growth and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work autonomously, applying critical thinking to solve problems without the need for detailed instructions or SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, sharing updates and insights on project progress.
• Own tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  
  

About You

Core qualifications:

• Proven experience in project-based roles, ideally within e-commerce or Amazon brand management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other project management or productivity tools.
• Familiarity with compliance or any regulatory environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with remote work and managing time effectively.
  
  

Technical Requirements (Device)

• Internet: At least 15 Mbps Upload and Download speeds
• Computer: At least Ryzen 3 or equivalent with at least 16GB RAM
• Valid passport
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months
