Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team, utilizing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.

Shift time: 3 PM To 12 AM IST

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to enhance marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for measuring marketing success.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns based on data analysis, market research, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven segmentation and targeting to enhance marketing personalization and customer engagement.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
