EPAM Systems has a continuous process of enhancing the English level of its employees. A big team of foreign language trainers are working on making EPAMers’ language training experience valuable and fun. Currently, we are looking for an English Trainer to make our American L&D team even stronger.

Responsibilities

English instruction and materials design for EFL courses, with focus on Business and Intercultural Communication
Participation in corporate language assessment
Organization of extracurricular student activities if interested
Communication of student progress
Professional interaction with all internal customers using strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

Proficient or native English
Qualification: bachelor’s degree in TESOL, English or Applied Linguistics, or a certificate in language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL)
Preference will be given to candidates who have 3+ years of experience in working with EFL students in a workplace or educational setting
Excellent command of the latest communicative and student-centered ELT approaches and methods in online and offline teaching
Experience in conducting online group lessons
Desire for ongoing learning and professional development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong service-orientation
Ability to work independently and maintain good team spirit
