You Are
Analyze and develop value deliverables based on insights and deep understanding of the Market, Shopper and Competition for the different markets, channels and divisions in which we operate, to obtain the diagnosis to manage the strategic decisions of the company to achieve with a clear understanding of the market and strategic opportunities, gain the preference of our customers, acquire additional customers and grow leadership in Central America.
The Opportunity
- Analyze the business by integrating various internal and external sources of information to improve our performance in the market.
- Review market and consumer reports, understanding of market share, business, market and customer KRs; to provide actionable information to markets, banners/divisions to help them make decisions.
- Coordinate with research agencies for project activation, activity tracking, analysis and presentation of results.
- Execute and review deliverables (Excel reports, Power BI, presentations).
- Provide follow-up on internal customer service requests and quantification of business outcomes based on actions based on market share insights.
- Detect business opportunities through value analysis and special projects aligned to strategic priorities and consumer value proposition of each format.
- Apply and advise on qualitative and quantitative research projects to develop insights and respond to business needs, deep knowledge of the shopper and its competitive environment.

What You Need
- Career and level: Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Ideally you have taken courses in Digital Marketing, Big Data or Data Science.
- Experience: 2 years or more working in mass consumption companies and/or market research agencies or consultancies.
- Experience in consumer insights, analytics and qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Language: Intermediate English
- Technical skills: Office Suite, Power BI.
- Soft skills: Analytical thinking, numerical understanding, Strategic, Agile and Proactive, Decision making, handling stress and working under pressure.
- Team player, adaptability to change, frustration tolerance, handling difficult conversations, high oral and written communication skills.
- Organization and prioritization, taste for customer relations.
- Experience in consumer insights, analytics and qualitative and quantitative market research.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects on simultaneous deadlines.
