Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Sales Agent based in Italy.
This role is based on a competitive commission-only structure. As an independent position, it offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate partnerships and secure deals within the photovoltaic sector
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the photovoltaic industry
- Provide expert advice on our solar products and solutions, and if you have technical knowledge, that's a big plus!
- Lead market development initiatives within Italy region
- Stay abreast of market dynamics, negotiate contracts, and outmaneuver competitors
- Monitor sales performance meticulously and deliver insightful reports
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on impactful sales campaigns
- Conduct market research, forecast trends, and coordinate with the global Sales team
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, in photovoltaics or renewable energy sector
- Business acumen and proficiency in English and Italian (must-have)
- Technical proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of PV products (strong advantage)
- A passion for travel and global engagement
- High level of energy, engagement and creativity
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Place of residence- Italy (must-have)
