About The Company

Our client is at the forefront of making AI accessible through state-of-the-art GPU cloud solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Infrastructure Partner Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in forging and managing strategic partnerships with top GPU hardware suppliers, ensuring a steady and reliable supply of high-performance GPUs for our international customers.

About The Role

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in building the foundation for our client's cloud-based and bare-metal AI computing solutions. Your tasks will involve identifying and onboarding top-tier GPU providers to guarantee access to the latest GPUs for our Aethir Atmosphere and Aethir Earth platforms. Through strategic collaboration and negotiation, you will secure favorable pricing and service level agreements (SLAs) that benefit both our client and its customers.

Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint leading GPU providers.
  • Formulate a robust partnership strategy to create alliances with top GPU suppliers.
  • Evaluate provider offerings to ensure they meet our client’s technical requirements and customer demands.
  • Take full responsibility for the development, maintenance, and evolution of the “Partner Program” for infrastructure providers.

Partner Onboarding & Management:

  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new GPU cloud provider partners.
  • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with partners, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring advantageous terms and pricing models.
  • Actively manage partner performance, monitor SLAs, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Work closely with internal teams to predict GPU demand and secure sufficient capacity from partners.
  • Anticipate and address potential supply chain disruptions to ensure consistent service for our client’s customers.
  • Explore strategies for geographically diverse GPU deployments to guarantee global service coverage.

Technical Expertise & Market Awareness:

  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in the GPU landscape and hardware technology.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth compatibility between our client’s platform and partner-provided GPUs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain our client’s competitive edge in GPU resource acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in B2B technology partnership management, ideally within cloud computing or AI.
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing partnerships with major cloud service providers, hardware vendors, or data center operators.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for anticipating and resolving supply chain issues.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and GPU technology developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, with Mandarin proficiency being a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing SLAs and service level expectations for cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of the global GPU market and major cloud service providers.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and managing complex technical partnerships.
  • A passion for innovation and the transformative impact of AI across industries.
