The Role

We are seeking a TikTok Media Buyer (experience in mobile marketing is a plus) to manage and optimise ad campaigns across several global markets. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for building and refining TikTok performance campaigns, constantly tweaking and adjusting strategies to meet business goals. You should be analytical, creative, and comfortable adapting to new challenges.

Location:

Remote work from anywhere, with optional office spaces in select cities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage TikTok ad campaigns from start to finish.
  • Test new ideas and strategies to increase performance and drive growth.
  • Manage traffic, bids, and budgets to ensure campaigns stay on target.
  • Monitor and analyse performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Report regularly on key metrics and campaign results.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on performance metrics like CPA and ROAS.
  • Familiarity with TikTokโ€™s advertising tools and platform.
  • Background in mobile marketing or related industries is a HUGE PLUS
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Able to collaborate well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and improve results.
  • Flexibility with work hours to accommodate global markets.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are beneficial.
