Position:

We are managing a project to fill the position of International Mechanical Product Project Manager to collaborate with one of our main clients.

It is a leading company in the air conditioning and water transport sector and requires a product-oriented person.

Responsibilities include:

Drives cross-functional team through scope development, detailed project plan, resource plan, including work packages, and budget estimates.
Drives detailed risk assessments and mitigation planning throughout project
Project reporting that ensures a balanced view of all key stakeholder groups
Project meeting organization, chairing, recording, and publication of meeting minutes with upcoming actions identified along with owners and due dates
Support and participate in the preparation of high-quality Gate deliverables that are aligned with key stakeholders prior to the gate meeting

Requisitos:

Master or Bachelor of Engineering or related field
8+ years’ experience as a project manager overseeing concurrent and or highly complex engineering or specialized projects.
Experience using desing tools such as Autocad, SolidWorks working with plastics or similar materials. .
Highly skilled at using lean product development practices and providing technical leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
Experience working in the automotive sector is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to lead and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize.
Skilled and motivated to work within global remote teams with a willingness to travel.
Excellent spoken and written language skills in English (C1)

VALUED:

Experience with agile HVAC/Building Energy Management Systems project management methods and tools.
New business development (service models and IoT projects)
Experience working for the automotive sector
Experience working in plastic product design or similar..
