We are looking for a BI and Data Governance/Strategy Manager to help manage the data and oversee BI dashboards and reporting systems. Job Description

  • Dashboard Design and Reporting: Create and improve BI dashboards and reports to track performance, making sure they are easy to use and encourage teamwork between departments.
  • Data Environment Improvement: Build and maintain a strong data system by working with the IT team to set up data structures that support analysis and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand business goals and create data-driven projects while staying updated on the best practices in the industry.
  • Data Management and Quality: Set up rules for data management, lead efforts to keep data accurate, provide training for better data use, and choose tools to improve data initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder or above.
  • Native or N1 Level in Japanese and fluent in English.
  • Experience in projects about designing data and BI dashboard.
