About Our Client

Our client is a growing fashion accessories and handbag brand and they are looking to expand their business internationally. They are a leading ladies accessories brand in China and expanding globally.

Job Description

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives in global markets, focusing on both acquisition and retention.


Paid Media Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.


Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand values and resonate with target audiences. Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.


Content Development

  • Work closely with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.


Analytics And Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.


Market Research

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences in the fashion accessories sector.


The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or a related discipline
  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with an expertise in paid media and influencer marketing
  • fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • have strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • strong understanding of the China + international markets is highly preferred
  • previous experience in Hangbag, jewellery, footwear industries is highly preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers and internal teams.
  • creative mindset with a passion for fashion/ handbags and an understanding of current fashion trends.
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • hands on and able to work in a team and independently
  • flexible with regular business trips to China Head office
