Job description

Red Hat Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to expand and strengthen relationships with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Hyperscalers in Indonesia. In this role, you will work closely with strategic cloud partners (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and local ISVs to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, create new revenue opportunities for Indonesia.

What You'll Do

As a Partner Account Manager specialized in building ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and Hyperscaler partnershipsyou would be focusing in driving business growth by managing relationships with key technology partners and cloud service providers.

  • Identidy that the company's solutions are soled with and through said CCSP partners by incorporating the technology into partner sales and marketing motions
  • Work with sales team to support joint sales engagement and assist them in closing opportunities
  • Help with sales quesries and manage the end to end process for lead tracking, working with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Global Leadership team to provide weekly management forecast as well as sales activities
  • Meet partner satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with key cloud providers and ISVs to develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Manage a set list of ISVS to guide and accelerate platform adoption across your assigned regional and to achieve adoption, renewal and growth targets

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Ecosystem Partner Account Manager role will bring a wealth of sales experiences in the IT industry, especially with Hyperscalers and local ISVs. You will need to have proven track record of building and managing successful relationships with ISVs and Hyperscalers in Indonesia.

  • 7+ years of experience in partner account management or sales roles in cloud, software, or technology solutions is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and their respective partner programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Red Hat certifications (RHCE, RHCSA) are advantageous
  • Strong understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and their respective partner programs
