Job Summary

Supports Corporate Supply Chain team, GBUs and Projects on monthly reports, performs supplier screening requests and handles supplier related queries via designated mailboxes. Manages test plans for Project Management Cycles (PMCs) from planning, execution, through production deployment and validation. Has working knowledge of all modules of Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) and supports users across modules.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Supply Chain team, GBUs and projects on their specialized reporting requirements such as loading of SPEND, D&B invoice and other monthly reports.
  • Preparation of SPEND reports based on requests received.
  • Performing Anti- corruption Due Diligence screening based on requests received from various users.
  • Perform monthly bulk screening for Anti-corruption Due Diligence
  • Provide Tradesphere (RPL) Access (for all new joiners in India office)
  • Supplier Advisory/RPL/D&B/Navex/Supplier user account related queries across all users/projects.
  • Helpdesk support for Supplier Portal Inbox.
  • Content Management for New Delhi Procurement Homepage.
  • And other tasks as assigned by DSCS Functional Leads and DSCS Ops Manager

Education And Experience Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Graduate with IT background preferred.

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Procurement System Automation. Minimum 2 years assisting DSCS preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL preferred.
  • Experience of relational database management systems (RDBMS) preferred.
  • Experience with advanced trouble shooting techniques.
  • Experience of having assisted projects for automation.
  • Experience with MS Teams and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Jira systems, HPQC, MS SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong planning, prioritization and organization skills.
  • A customer-service-oriented individual with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style.
