Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Kore Ai Technical Lead
As a Kore.AI Technical Lead at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants powered by Kore.AI. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
- Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.AI solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Kore.AI certification is a plus.
- Experience with other conversational AI platforms is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kore.AI Technical Lead or similar role.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
