Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Solutions Designer, Banking and Capital Markets
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their AI solution needs and design scalable AI architectures using advanced machine learning and deep learning models. Develop detailed solution proposals, including technical architectures and implementation plans. Work with data scientists and engineers to prototype, build, and deploy AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide ongoing technical guidance, conduct performance assessments, and stay updated on emerging AI technologies. Additionally, design AI solutions that incorporate OCR, RPA, UX/UI, decisioning engines, data integration, and visualization. Support client governance processes and assist in requirements gathering and business case creation. Promote the AI/ML CoE's capabilities and services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives , challenges, and requirements for AI solutions.
- Design and architect scalable AI solutions that leverage state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and other AI techniques.
- Develop comprehensive solution proposals, including technical architectures, implementation plans, and project timelines.
- Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to prototype, build, and deploy AI models and applications.
- Lead the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular assessments and optimizations to improve the performance and effectiveness of deployed AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance the company's capabilities and offerings.
- Design AI based solutions which combine with other reusable capabilities and services. Including but not restricted to OCR, RPA, UX/ UI, decisioning and recommendation engines, data integration and visualisation .
- Support client internal governance with participation and content for architectural, security, risk and other reviews.
- Support requirements gathering, business case creation and socialisation with stakeholders.
- Work with team to promote capabilities and services offered by the AI/ ML CoE .
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or M aster’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in artificial intelligence or machine learning are a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering AI solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch ), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
