What you will do
As a Data Engineer at CXG, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven strategies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust data systems and pipelines that power decision-making across our global operations.
You will:
- Analyze and organize raw data from diverse sources.
- Build data pipelines that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategies with business goals.
- Prepare data for cutting-edge predictive and prescriptive models.
- Develop tools that support data discovery, quality, and governance.
- Innovate with algorithms, prototypes, and solutions that ensure data reliability and impact.

Requirements
Who you are
You’re not just a Data Engineer; you’re a problem solver with a passion for creating seamless data systems that drive success. Your technical expertise, collaborative approach, and innovation will fuel CXG’s next wave of growth.
You bring:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Data engineering certification (IBM Certified Data Engineer or similar).
- Proven experience (2+ years) building data systems and pipelines.
- Expertise in Azure (or other cloud platforms) and infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong SQL skills for analyzing complex datasets.
- Experience with cloud databases (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery). We use Databricks.
- Communication skills in English—essential for collaborating with our global team.
- Willingness to share his knowledge with junior Data Engineers
