Are you passionate about education and excited to create dynamic, inclusive learning environments? Join us in the role of Limitless Learning Facilitator, working alongside professors to deliver engaging and innovative classroom experiences.
This is a remote, online role, offering the flexibility to work from home. However, you will need to be available for evening and weekend shifts, as well as working across different time zones to accommodate our global student body.
In this role, you'll coordinate and support the needs of a hyflex classroom, where students and faculty participate both in person and remotely. You will also support ‘live online’ courses where faculty and students are all online. At Hult, our courses are fast-paced, experiential, and highly participatory, utilizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our students. As a key team member, you'll gain deep insights into our programs, teaching methods, and student community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Academic Team and faculty to implement the curriculum vision across our programs.
- Create and support in-class learning tailored to each course and professor, ensuring an engaging experience for both in-person and remote students.
- Facilitate teamwork, breakout sessions, and classroom activities for all students, regardless of location.
- Manage participation, attendance, classroom needs, and virtual discussion forums to foster a unified learning community.
- Effectively handle multiple responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Be quick-thinking, collaborative, and solutions-oriented in your approach.
- Demonstrate proficiency in online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
