As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they receive the highest level of service while using our software products. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to software products and services promptly.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions to deliver accurate help and guidance.
  • Document and analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the software industry, is preferred.
