Sr. Scrum Master

The individual will be a Scrum Master for an area practicing SAFe Agile. The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, helping to ensure that the team follows Agile principles, facilitates team events like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and removes any impediments blocking the team's progress.

They will play a role in larger, cross-team coordination. They help integrate their team’s work into the broader Program Increment (PI) planning, which involves multiple teams working together in a synchronized manner. They also participate in PI planning events, work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to coordinate dependencies and support the team in aligning with the program's goals and objectives.

Their focus extends beyond individual team dynamics to also contributing to the overall success of the Agile Release Train (ART), which is a key structure in SAFe that aligns multiple teams around a common mission.

Skills:

• SAFe Agile Experience required
• SAFe Scrum Master experience required
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred but not required
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required. SAFe Scrum Master Certification is the preference.
