Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary
Align HCM is looking for a UKG Pro Systems Implementation Consultant to join their team! You will be responsible for helping clients efficiently and effectively implement UKG Pro with a focus on the payroll solution.

**This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both US and Canada**

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and integrate UKG Pro, specifically the payroll module
  • Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
  • Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
  • Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
  • Validate data conversion
  • Manage multiple clients concurrently
  • Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
  • Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams


Requirements


Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle implementation experience in payroll solutions systems (UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Workday), preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.

  • UKG Pro Certification Strongly Preferred
  • Documented success with payroll systems configuration, development, and support
  • SQL - capable of writing queries and basic scripts to delete/update/insert into tables, understands relational databases
  • Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation methodologies
  • Experience with software project implementation life cycle

Job Type: Full-time (remote)

Salary:

DOE; starting base salary $80,000 or higher, plus bonus
