Strategic Planner
Key Role:
Collaborate with and across Combatant Command, Service Components, other U.S. agencies, allies, and partners to support key leader engagements, identify gaps and opportunities, prioritize engagements, and advise senior leaders. Plan, design, execute, analyze, and report on conferences, staff talks, symposiums, workshops, multinational events, and other engagements to support security cooperation and security assistance objectives. Organize inputs while interacting with other agencies. Advise senior flag officers. Compile multiple sources of information and results into an actionable, understandable common operation picture. Use Command and Control of the Information Environment software.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
5+ years of experience with key leader engagements or multinational event planning, coordination, and execution
Experience writing reports and briefing senior military officers
Experience with security cooperation and security assistance, including multinational engagement
Experience with the Department of Defense, including Combatant Commands
Experience with strategic communications and information related capabilities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience developing plans of actions and milestones
Experience coordinating across Combatant Command directorates
Experience making reserve manpower requests, official representation funds, and other implementation authorities to support engagements
Experience developing instructions for forums, symposiums, and conferences
Experience with Command and Control of the Information Environment
Knowledge of U.S. Navy and DoD echelon command structures in Europe
Knowledge of European theater strategy, plans, policies, and guidance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
