Senior Product Manager (CIS)

Due to an active expansion into new markets, we are looking for a colleague in Europe, a Recruiter with experience in searching and hiring the affiliate marketing specialists.

What experience is important for us:

• Experience in the iGaming industry (Online Casino & Sportsbook) as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager for at least 3 years

• Experience working with the Southeast Asian markets will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of online casino games (slots, table games) and/or betting products
• Experience in developing and launching successful products in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Online Casino & Sportsbook metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Analytical skills to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions. Understanding how to influence Online Casino & Sportsbook metrics
• Experience in strategic and operational planning of IT resources.
• Deep understanding of the technical and operational challenges associated with the integration of gaming providers.
• Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle - from idea to release
• Technical background with understanding and/or practical experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams (development, marketing, analytics).
• Skills in forming and conducting presentations. Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and ability to effectively organize work according to these methodologies
• Experience with analytical tools and task management systems (GA, Hotjar, Power BI, etc.)
• Above-intermediate English proficiency, which will ensure effective communication in an international team.
  
  Your future tasks:
  

• Develop and implement product strategy for Online Casino and Sportsbook with a focus on business growth and improving user experience.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Analyze customer experience to identify growth points, improve the user journey and increase competitiveness.
• Develop strategies for entering new GEOs, including competitor analysis, selection of payment solutions and license evaluation.
• Manage cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, analytics) to achieve high-quality and timely results.
• Prepare technical requests for the analytics department and reports on profitability and testing.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to improve products and introduce innovations.
• Optimize the customer journey and develop new features to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Generate hypotheses and A/B testing, analyze the results to improve key metrics and sales funnel efficiency.
• Manage the product from idea to implementation: assign tasks to the development, design and marketing teams.
• Preparing technical specifications for the implementation of new functionality and improvements.
• Monitoring trends in iGaming and implementing them into the product.
• Analyzing key metrics to make informed decisions and manage releases, ensuring the timely release of new features.
