Position Summary:
Okendo customers are supported by an ecosystem of world-class partners who offer critical services, including design, web development, marketing, and more.

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will ensure that Okendo Partners are equipped with extensive knowledge and tools to ensure that merchants are successfully adopting and engaging with Okendo's products.

How you'll create impact:
- Work closely with partners to understand their enablement and training needs. Your goal is to support their business growth through the offering of the Okendo platform.
- Travel & execute 1:1 partner enablement sessions and larger group workshops focusing on product enablement, agency services and complex integration use cases.
- Drive adoption of the Okendo LMS and mandate that our tiered partners complete training to meet partner program tier requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for any Partner working through a merchant implementation or retention project.
- Collaborate with the broader partnerships team to build education and learning courses to meet gaps in current product knowledge.
- Own the creation and management of learning outcomes, pathways, roadmaps, and programming for educational content.
- Be the partner champion and act as their voice back to Okendo. We want you to be their advocate and advise us on how to help them succeed.
- Own OKRs in Asana with detailed progress and forecasting updates.
- Own the success of the newly created Okendo T&E role with key metric uplift of course completion metrics, certification achievements and increased service offerings from partners

What we need from you:
- 5+ Years of Experience (At least 3 years in Training and Enablement)
- Knowledge of the E-commerce and Shopify partner ecosystem
- A track record in education management.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative nature, working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners to drive projects to successful completion.
- Ability to work and drive projects forward independently.
- Obsessed with getting feedback from customers and partners.
- You will be able to communicate high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organisations, including leadership and non-technical audiences.

1-Month Success
- Become an Okendo product expert.
- Get familiar with the Okendo Partner Program, partner tiers, and service models.
- Build relationships with key Okendo personal and cross-functional teams; GTM Leads, Product & Partnerships

6-Month Success
- Travelled and met the majority of Gold/Platinum & Target partners in the region.
- Executed Loyalty enablement sessions and knowledge workshops around Okendo Services.
- Established yourself as a crucial member in the success of Okendo Partnerships
- Supported the product team in the creation and success of their LMS endeavours

1-Year Success
- Successfully established the success of the T&E program with Loyalty enablement content produced in multiple formats; Webinars, PDF’s, Online Courses and more.
- Completed content & enablement training on Okendo’s other products & platform experience.
- Significantly upskilled and grown the expertise of our Agency partners through 50+ certifications and 20+ enablement events.
- Supported and upskilled 10+ partners globally to now run Okendo-specific service offerings
- Potential to collaborate with a similar role in other regions.
