Job description

The Business Administration Intern will provide special project assistance and administrative support to the Administration department.

Internships will run from June 2nd – August 3rd.

  • Work on a special project for the department, which is researching, documenting, clerical work and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Maintain and organize files and documents to track data and information gathered.
  • Scan, copy or print documents for special projects, documenting purposes or records needs.
  • May also make outgoing calls, as needed, to support projects.
  • May prepare presentations or draft and prepare documents.
  • Assist front office manager with front desk duties.
  • May help coordinate or support meeting activities or events.
  • Provide administrative support for the department, as needed.
  • Operate in a climate of confidentiality requiring discretion.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Must be a NANA shareholder. NANA shareholders own stock in NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be currently enrolled in college or a vocational school full-time and have completed one semester of postsecondary education.
