As a HRIS Integrations Developer at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Workday ecosystem to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement innovative integrations that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Develop custom integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems.
• Design and implement robust solutions to automate data exchange and synchronize information across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing integrations with Workday using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, GPC, PECI and, Cloud Connect.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
