Key responsibilities

  • Be the People Services (PS) partner to the local business and provide value add services to key stakeholders through proximity, knowledge of local business, culture and language
  • Ensure that the PS processes in scope are performed with an end to end perspective as per the Core Model making effective use of global tools and systems
  • Ensure delivery of quality service with consistency and reliability to all customers
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure issues are addressed in an effective and timely manner
  • Engage with key stakeholders and monitor customer satisfaction & feedback
  • Contribute to P&C committees in the cluster / country and/or Governance
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in global projects as required
  • Contribute to business reviews and other leadership and governance boards
  • Manage the relationship with key stakeholders at cluster, HUB or country level and provide front line services as per Service Level Agreements:
    • EMD (Employee Master Data): maintain organization, positions and employee & contractor master data up to date and ensure data quality
    • ELC (Employee Life Cycle): manage employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, job changes, international Mobility, termination, offboarding) and related documents
    • T2P (Time to Pay): work with the Payroll team (internal or external) to ensure seamless payroll processing. Administer absence & attendance, compensation, benefits, pensions etc
  • Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelines including data privacy (ie GDPR etc)  
  • Supervise and manage the retain PS team (~10 FTEs / ~5 direct reports in 2 different countries)
  • Manage team / operational budget and headcount
  • This position reports to the Head of People Services International MCOs and is part of the PS International MCOs leadership team. He / She works closely with P&C, Legal, Finance,  ITS and Facilities management at regional and country levels and PS teams in countries and HUBs.

Professional experience

  • Experience: Managerial / Hands on experience in HR, support areas, Operations or related field in an international, multicultural, complex environment
  • Soft skills: Experience in working remotely with different teams
  • Technical skills: HR operations

Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent in English. Turkish or Russian as a differentiator
