Field Sales Consultant
We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Field Sales Team for our ServiceMaster Restore Brand. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally in the development and execution of Local Sales Initiatives to support the overall ServiceMaster growth strategy. You will work with franchises to increase and improve their ability to source organic leads in the network, expanding market share with national carriers, and cultivating commercial revenue sources. This role supports the implementation and utilization of ServiceMaster approved technologies and systems to increase data driven sales. You’ll also work to expand training opportunities for franchisees, assist them in preparing for presentations to target prospects, and work with them to grow their internal sales departments and capabilities.
What you’ll do:
- Consult, coach, train, and develop owners, sales managers, and salespeople in the network through 1:1 and group sessions
- Work in tandem with Business Development Consultants to drive profitable revenue growth in the network
- Align efforts with our National Carrier Account Team to maximize program opportunity locally
- Collaborate with our Regional Account Managers to engage franchises with agent leaders and claims offices
- Develop and facilitate sales training
- Strengthen relationships with the franchise network to grow boots-on-the-ground sales efforts
- Support commercial sales goals in the field to achieve the overall revenue goal
- Bolster the “Engagement through Education” initiative in the field
- Assist in the creation of tools and materials in support of sales related initiatives
- Champion the implementation and utilization of the CRM system and other technologies
- Coordinate and leverage internal resources, including our account management team, training, operations, marketing, etc. to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in an account management, sales, or sales management role in a service industry
- Experience within a relevant commercial vertical, restoration, or insurance industries required
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strategic selling capabilities and thinking
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content building skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Experience coaching and training in both virtual and in person environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with a CRM tool
Compensation Details; The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At ServiceMaster, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is Base Salary $85,000 to $95,000 + Bonus.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County
