Primary Purpose

The Director, AI Product Management is responsible for building the strategy and leading development for Veridix AI’s Concorde Generative AI platform. This leader will spearhead this new and growing area of our business, setting the strategy, rapidly building product proof points, and scaling our offerings. This role collaborates with industry leaders and customers to build solutions that will transform clinical research, and work closely with our Advantage eClinical Suite to drive a cohesive clinical data management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Sets overall strategy for solutions and identifies market trends, customer needs, and value propositions.
  • Builds and leads a small high performing product team, providing coaching and guidance to the team in developing skills such as business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Manages the product roadmap and communicates key features, release schedules, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritizes requirements based on business value, return on investment, and department strategic goals.
  • Plans product releases based on team velocity and business needs.
  • Works with our Generative AI Data Science team to define and prototype new offerings and test in the market
  • Works closely with Data Science, Engineering, Therapeutic Area leaders, and Sales and Marketing to drive product development, release, launch, and adoption.
  • Evangelizes solutions within and outside Emmes.
  • Performs all duties in keeping with the Company’s core values, policies and all applicable regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Operations leadership role in software companies.
  • Experience in managing product strategy, launch and developing go-to-market strategy.
  • Healthcare technology experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project plan to the successful conclusion of on-time delivery.
  • Successful track record in leading new product development and change management.
  • Strong customer orientation with outstanding consultative and solutioning skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive and diverse culture.
  • Ability to drive change in the organization and challenge current norms by innovating.
