Join Our Team as a Disputes Investigator at Team Global Express!

Are you a skilled problem-solver with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) team.

As a Disputes Investigator, you will resolve invoice discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, and services across the business. You’ll investigate claims, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, process credit adjustments, and ensure resolutions align with company policies and industry regulations.

We are open to considering candidates from Melbourne & Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and claims within the TGE business.
  • Ensure timely resolution (within 8 days) and maintain open tickets below 700.
  • Analyze data and documentation to understand the root causes of disputes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve upstream processes.
  • Process credit adjustments in line with company policy.
  • Provide insights to help reduce recurring issues.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical Abilities: Skilled in reviewing data and documentation to identify discrepancies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders and negotiate resolutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in investigating disputes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in logistics operations, with a focus on dispute resolution, customer service, or sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dispute management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools.
  • A customer-focused approach to maintaining satisfaction during dispute resolution.
  • Tertiary business qualification (preferred but not essential).
