What you’ll be doing:

  • Inputting orders for equipment servicing and repair.
  • Assisting with customer complaints.
  • Creating new customer accounts - including issuing and receiving new application agreements, and liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure timely completion of customer supplier questionnaires.
  • Managing ticket assignment within our CRM system.
  • Handling customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Responding to customer and sales rep enquiries regarding order and stock status updates in a timely manner, including prompt issuing of certificates of analysis, technical documents and shipping documentation and product back-order status updates.
  • Liaising with other internal departments including logistics and admin to ensure timely order flow management.
  • Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in a timely manner.

About you:

  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office systems.
  • Having an understanding of food safety would be beneficial.
  • Efficient at organizing daily workload.
  • Customer service experience an advantage
  • Additional languages would be a benefit – German, Spanish, Italian, Polish
