  • Oversee relationships with external contractors and agencies, ensuring execution aligns with Prezi’s standards.
  • Regularly review campaign performance to identify and implement improvements that drive better results across markets.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for continuous optimization of ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the internal data team to harness deeper insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to refine performance.
  • Produce and present regular reports for marketing leadership, highlighting successes, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging channels, proactively recommending innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing leadership to track spend, forecast future performance, and support scaling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Managed campaigns across various geographies, with a focus on both the US and Western European markets.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, etc.).
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for paid channels.
  • Expertise in using ad management and analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Data-driven with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
