Specialist
Reports to: Director of Research and
Digital
Location: Remote
Position Function:
Reporting
into the Director of Research and Digital the Data Specialist will be
responsible to entering information into Salesforce from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo,
Signal Hire and other sources of data. They will transcribe data with a high
level of accuracy and with a consistent turnaround time.
Primary
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Data Entry/Data
Integrity
a. Reviewing
projects in LinkedIn and entering candidate profile information into Salesforce
b. Using
tools such as ZoomInfo, Signal Hire, etc. to find contact information (phone,
email) and adding that information to Salesforce
c. Has a
understanding of Salesforce: how to create people and candidate records,
creating organization records.
2) Database Management
a. Ensuring
that duplicate records are not creating
b. Notifying
Salesforce Admin when duplicate records are identified
c. Understanding
consulting class year to properly add consultant profiles to SF
