The Client Account Director will drive delivery of new business to new Clients and incremental business to existing clients, through the delivery of high-level enterprise selling processes and high-quality service levels. You will support and most importantly ensure that large retail end customers see value from retaining Everseen as a service provider. 

This is a remote role based out of Spain, Ireland, Romania or Serbia.

What you’ll do
  • The Client Account Director will work closely with the VP Sales EMEA to identify target retailers for new business, drive incremental revenue from existing clients and then generate sales of Everseen’s visual AI platform for loss prevention. 
  • You will set and manage the expectations of the Client with regards to B2B requirements, service level KPIs and be the main contact for the client through the entire life cycle; contact, contract, cash and renewal. 
  • You will build and develop a strong partner eco system in the territory to co-sell together to ensure strong revenue generation and optimize the sales cycle. 
  • You will work closely with the Everseen’s Onboarding team to ensure that project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed and converted into revenue as per forecast.  
  • You will forecast and track key account and revenue forecast metrics.

  • Profile and Skills
  • You have 5+ years experience in a sales account management role focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to major retailers across EMEA.
  • You have demonstrated success in leading retail client accounts in the EMEA market.
  • You can comprehensively understand clients needs, requirements and can sell based on business outcome. 
  • You possess an excellent knowledge of AI and Computer vision and its use in retail. 
  • You have extensive experience with a consultative selling approach. You are goal oriented and like to exceed ambitious targets. 
  • You have excellent communication skills and you have a proven track record of building key successful relationships externally with clients and partners and internally with teams. 
  • You detect, understand and compile detailed information on client organizations, key decision makers and influencers. 
  • You are comfortable with presenting and pitching to C-Suite clients. 
  • You are a passionate advocate for determining and delivering solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction, focusing on customer experience as a top priority. 
  • You have excellent time management and negotiation skills. 
  • You are fluent in English and advanced in French. 
  • There will be some travel with this role.
