Hire Digital is seeking a skilled B2B Marketer (Full-time, Remote) to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, primarily focusing on social media engagement and content creation tailored for a technology audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape and experience with social media listening tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy for a B2B tech brand, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn and the client’s website.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with technology decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to publishing and community engagement.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant updates across social media platforms.
  • Utilize social media listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity, informing content and strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute sustainable marketing strategies that align with the brand’s values and goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, specifically targeting tech audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media strategies and campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a strong ability to develop compelling, on-brand posts.
  • Familiarity with social media performance metrics and analytics, including experience with social media listening tools.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices for community engagement.
  • Adaptable, creative mindset with the capability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work across departments and align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
