Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to support our team in maintaining and updating client presentations with accurate data. The ideal candidate will perform light analysis and ensure that all information is current, reliable, and effectively communicated.

Salary Range:  PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Tasks:

  • Update 2-4 client decks daily with the latest e-commerce data and performance metrics
  • Data can be found in Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok, and Motion
  • Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly formatted in the presentation
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure data fits seamlessly into the pre-designed decks
  • Maintain an organized system for managing and tracking data updates
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the client

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience pulling data and reports, working in the following platforms:
    • Shopify
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Ads (familiarity at least)
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Slides
  • Experience with data entry and light analysis, particularly in an e-commerce setting
  • Has experience and knowledge of marketing KPIs/media buying (Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data updates
  • Great organizational and time-management skills
  • Recent experience working full-time following the US time zone and amenable to working graveyard shift
 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in working with pre-designed presentations or decks is a plus
  • Experience using ClickUp or any similar project management tool
  • GMail and Slack for internal communication


 

Grow into:

  • Perform light analysis to provide insights based on the data
  • Conduct research as needed to ensure data consistency with industry trends and benchmarks
