Job description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity:

Join our team in Yerevan as a Senior UX Designer, leading the design for a full product. Collaborate with teams based in US, ensuring seamless communication across time zones. Deep experience in user-centered design and strong leadership skills are a must. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are passionate about impactful design solutions, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the UX design process for a complete product, working closely with teams across different time zones to ensure alignment between design, product, and engineering.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that meet both business and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the overall product strategy, ensuring that design decisions are data-driven.
  • Lead design discussions and facilitate decision-making across teams, ensuring that all design choices are cohesive, intentional, and aligned with the product vision.
  • Coordinate with teams across time zones, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate collaboration with US based design and product teams during late hours as needed.
  • Be available for frequent travel to the US to work directly with the design and product teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong communication.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing UX design for a product or feature set, making design decisions and coordinating across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership over the product’s user experience.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting and advocating for design choices to senior collaborators, both face-to-face and across different time zones.
  • Flexibility to work late hours to accommodate collaboration with the San Jose team, ensuring alignment across design and engineering.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to the US for face-to-face collaboration with teams in San Jose.
  • Experience with modern design tools and technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft for complex user flows, systems, and experiences, with a clear understanding of the business and user impact.

Why Join Us:

This role is ideal for a seasoned UX professional who is prepared to take charge of a complete product and guide the design efforts from Yerevan. You can have a significant influence on the product and work in a cooperative, cross-functional setting. The position requires maturity, responsibility, and a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions that prioritize user needs.
