We are seeking an analytical and creative problem solver to lead analytics and data initiatives in support of our Growth teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Analytics, you will play a key role in optimizing strategies across marketing channels, lifecycle communications, and experimentation efforts. Your work will encompass managing data pipelines, performing in-depth tracking & measurement analyses, and driving growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in identifying technical opportunities to unlock performance, while also shaping the direction of Growth investments and overall business strategies.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner closely with Growth leadership to shape data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of CRM data to uncover opportunities for improved targeting, segmentation, and personalization, directly influencing marketing and product investments.
  • Lead the design and analysis of experiments to optimize Growth efforts across multiple channels, utilizing test and learn methodologies.
  • Innovate and continuously enhance analytic capabilities, driving actionable consumer insights through the evolution of reporting, monitoring, automation, and data democratization.
  • Work closely with our CRM team & tech partners to ensure the availability, quality, and accessibility of data required for email reporting and analytics.
  • Communicating technical material with clear data visualization and compelling narrative to a range of audiences to provide insight into the factors impacting business performance.
  • Develop and maintain robust marketing data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and scalability to support various business needs.
  • Build and automate dashboards, reporting systems, and analyses to track key growth metrics and provide actionable insights for leadership and channel managers.
  • Own end-to-end management of Growth-related projects across Data, Engineering, and Product, ensuring that technical projects align with the Growth team needs to unlock incremental performance.


  • What You'll Bring:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally within a CRM or growth marketing context.
  • Expert-level SQL skills & experience with DBT for data modeling and transformation.
  • Strong experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mixpanel) to effectively communicate CRM insights.
  • A proven track record of using analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with strong prioritization, problem-solving, and influence capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Python and associated analytics libraries (Pandas, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools and products.
  • Experience setting up and evaluating experiments.
  • Prior experience with direct response marketing test design and analytics.

  • The target base salary for this position ranges from $142,800 - $170,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

    Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
