The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the metal building components industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share within your designated district. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a deep understanding of metal building components and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within your territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to expand the company's customer base and market share, including identifying and pursuing new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports on a regular basis, providing visibility into sales performance and trends within the territory.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with experience in the metal building components industry or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans and business development strategies.
  • Technical proficiency in metal building components with a solid understanding of industry standards and specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
