What makes you a great fit

Mandatory:

• 5+ Years of experience in Python development,
• Some sort of message queue experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc),
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL DBs,
• Experience with Docker,
• Level of spoken English: at least an upper-intermediate.

Advantage:

• Academic degree,
• Experience with handling a large amount of data (Big Data),
• One of: Redis, Cassandra, Clickhouse, Apache Druid, ScyllaDB, RocksDB,
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s),
• Experience in Data Engineering,
• Experience with Elastic Search (ELK),
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana,
• Private cloud experience.

Your day-to-day in this position

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain back-end systems.
• Work in highly concurrent environments with a large amount of data, facing performance, scalability, latency, and resource consumption challenges every day.
• Be proactive, and autonomous, propose improvements, and collaborate with different profile technicians as well as Product Owners.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and develop automated monitoring of system performance and health.
