Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a blend of sales and technical expertise to join our AI & Solutions team in a senior role. The ideal candidate will manage strategic clients, spearhead the development of new partnerships, and provide expert guidance on the best market strategies for Foundever’s AI products. Reporting directly to our Chief AI Officer and SVP of Solutions EMEA/US, this role demands exceptional sales skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle complex projects while nurturing high-value client relationships

Requirements and Experience:
  • You will have a keen interest Marketing, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets, imperatively in a tech-related environment.
  • Essential Technical knowledge of AI and software solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in English; and in 1 European language (German is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coach and work with local & regional team members

  • Apply top-tier solutions practices, empowering our local teams to seamlessly integrate AI into compelling, all-encompassing customer experience proposals that leave a lasting impression
  • Command the room during technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the transformative benefits of our solutions and inspiring clients to envision their future with us
  • Serve as the go-to expert on our AI offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and developments to position us as leaders in the field
  • Build persuasive and comprehensive financial proposals and pricing strategies for our RFP/Bid management teams that resonate with clients and win business
  • Team up with internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth project delivery and unparalleled customer satisfaction, turning clients into enthusiastic advocates.
  • Regularly prepare and present dynamic reports on sales performance and client feedback, driving continuous improvement and celebrating our wins!
